  2. Accounting has received sufficient payment to cause it to recommend that your
  3. echo feeds be restored to full operation.

  5. Accounting has sent an echo feed restoration request to the network Co-Op
  6. administrators.  Normally this request will be honored within a week.  If
  7. your links have not been re-established within a week please contact the
  8. NEC to inquire as to what actions are being taken.

  10. Effective immediately your billing status has been restored to its status
  11. before your echo feeds were cut.
